Digital Marketer – Intern x 2 (Remote)
We have just launched a well needed marketplace startup and are looking for marketing interns. We have 3 roles open, covering digital marketing, social media, and blogging. We are looking for motivated individuals that are interested to work with us for experience and to build their portfolios.
The role
We exist to serve people – bakers and customers. And therefore, we have “people” in front of our core goals. We are looking for someone who is creative, proactive, able to work alone and in a team, has raw initiative, and is willing to go the extra mile.
We want someone that can share our dream, but also someone that will come in with a new perspective as we are super keen on diverse views and open-minded individuals. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to
- Maintaining and strengthening the bakeddesires.co.uk brand language across a variety of audiences
- Creating, managing, and designing digital and traditional marketing campaigns and other promotional materials across multiple platforms
- Managing the creation and promotion of blog posts and web contents
- Updating email templates for customer and business communications
- Assisting with the development of creative concepts and marketing strategies for promoting bakeddesires.co.uk, such as drafting press releases and contacting journalists
- Building knowledge of SEO and content strategy development to drive natural search, including working with Google Analytics and search consoles
- Building actionable ideas to generate customer and baker leads
Ideal Skills
Essential skills – good communication, organisational skills, proactiveness, creativity, and can-do attitude.
Essential experience – None
Desired experience – One or more of the following experiences would be advantageous – Digital marketing, website building, copywriting, blogging, content creation, or social media.
