Please allow up to five days from placing your order to dispatch. All orders are baked fresh and shipped same day via Royal Mail 1st class tracked and signed (1-2 days delivery)
We do not ship orders over the weekend to avoid their getting stuck in the Royal Mail distribution centre.
If you would like your order to be delivered on a specific date please contact us and we’ll do what we can to accommodate.

Due to the fresh nature of the product we do not accept returns.
We endeavour to protect your bakes from delivery damage in every possible way.
